Suggested changes:

Ask something to find out if the respondent understands what Summon (or whatever we end up calling it) is and does? do they know what it is searching?

How likely are you to use it again?

Any suggestions for improvement? Does that relate to content, navigation, layout? Some of that we have control over but most of it we don't.  Could we just say Comments?

Change 4th question to: I will start my future research with Summon.

How familiar or comfortable are you with other search tools we have at OSUL, or how often they use the catalog, Library Find, databases already would be interesting.

Speed: Was it fast enough?

What was the outcome of your search?

Was the outcome of your search successful?

Additional Dartmouth questions:

If you could change something about Summon to make it better, what would that be?

What is the best thing about Summon?
