Airports & Ground Transportation
Dulles International Airport; I would recommend taking a taxi or the Washington Flyer Shuttle http://www.washfly.com/ to the West Falls Church metro stop (orange line) to the Ballston stop (end destination), approx 45-60 min. I would not recommend the Super Shuttle.

Reagan National Airport

Wasington Metro. Here are metro maps. And check out the nifty metro map with Google streetmap overlay: http://www.wmata.com/maps/metrorail_street_map.cfm

Visitor Information

Fun
If you have some extra time: Washington DC Convention and Tourism and the Washingtonian Online. Tops on my list would be seeing the cherry trees. Peak bloom time occurs about a week after the workshop. http://www.washingtonian.com/inwashington/buzz/blossoms.html
