1. WorldCat recommendation: purchase only if we can continue to have the current opac available as an option. Discovery of books and articles through a single search is significant but there are too many known issues for us to feel comfortable providing this to our users without a back-up.
Concerns:
- Scoping to COCC (2 institutions at one location). Even if other scoping issues are resolved this is a unique situation.
- Loss of ability to customize the interface, to minimize information confusing to users; e.g., OCLC number is very prominent in the record,
much more so than call number. This will be a problem to any user who doesn't know what a call number looks like. - Lose redirect for confidentiality after period of inactivity
- Features such as booking module, reserves: integration with catalog has been beneficial.
- Will order information, hold information be available? This is a problem now with Summit.
- At Menucha, UW public services librarians voiced problems with inconsistent results
2. Rod will talk to Richard and WSU about coding for e-books. E-books coding applied to docs as well as monographs.
3. My Library Account: Susan will see if "availability" can change to "pending" when an item has been requested. Now it looks as if the item is ready to be picked up.
4. E-journals list will be added to the catalog homepage. (Susan)
5. Rod will see if the dash indicating ongoing subscription or access can be changed to " - present"
6. "Repeat as Words" in browse search should default to the Advanced Search page that includes the Summit option. (Susan)

1. Selected Innovative's webopac and webpac pro enhancements
2. Susan will see if she can write a script so the 856 links coming from the bib record show up under the library owns tab. Right now they're under the availability tabs. See Journal of Adventure Education and Outdoor Learning.
3. Susan will take request to add link to e-resources email on A-Z ejournals page.
