The UTeam is OSUL usability group.
The usability team, u-team, is charged with building awareness of human factorsand assisting development groups with applying usability principles in order to provide a successful user experience in the physical and virtual library.

The process usally involves the formation of a short-term task force that includes members of the u-team and of the requesting group. Read about the process and view templates that collect information about the user interface, users, tasks and environments as well as plan the usabilitity evaluation and document the findings.
