Sausage, Pepperoni & Bean Soup
6 cans pork broth (substitute chicken if can't find pork)
5-6 cans cannelini beans (substitute great northern if can't find cannelini)
1-1 1/2 lb. link italian sausage
1 large stick pepperoni
fennel seeds
carrots
onion
4 cans tomatos
3 cloves garlic
6 leaves sage
Bring broth and beans to a simmer. Slice and add onions, tomatos, garlic. Add fennel seeds and sage.
Slice italian sausage and saute with olive oil and garlic. Add to soup.
Slice pepperoni and add to soup.
Add baby carrots into soup after simmering for 1 hour.
Simmer total of 2 hours.
