The information below is in regards to contacting EMC for escalating a support request, especially in the event that normal communications are not working properly.

Per our conversation, here are the escalation points that can be used to bring attention to a case with EMC technical support:
Place a call into technical support (1-877-5342867) and ask that a "Response Request" be sent out
Place a call into technical support (1-877-5342867) and ask to speak with a technical support manager (Duty Manager if after hours)
