Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Resource Sharing has always been an important component of library services, enabling researchers access to material not held by their home library. These services are even more critical now, and libraries are working to improve and enhance them. For journals held by one of 70 libraries in our RAPID and GWLA consortia, the turnaround time for an ILL request with a complete citation is 24 hours or less.
