Top Wishes: RCIS wishes for the library to be a training center for the library and campus in both pedagogy and technology. Organizationally it wants the library to move nimbly once it decides to take action. This is dependent upon open communication, especially with library technology. An area of recent decision making that needs exploration through open communication is ULLIA and RCIS. At the same time there is a real need to find more time for thinking, writing, learning and creative expression.
