1. Discussed new idea for chat image.  Susan will look into using javascript to switch between the "click here to chat" and "chatting" images based on the pop window opening and closing.

2. NWACC grant possibilities?  No ideas at the moment.

3. More project management

  • Finished work breakdown structure
  • Created dependency diagram
  • Assigned ownerships
  • Began task duration estimates
