1)     Brainstorm list of tasks that go into the web page content inventory.

Action:  Done.

Action:  Edited the web page content inventory spreadsheet fields to reflect the information we want to gather

Action: Margaret  will add a project page to the Team200 wiki space for this project

2)     Organize those tasks into a time frame with milestones and due dates.

Action:  Margaret will draft MS Project file with the tasks identified today.

3)     Update on library.web@oregonstate.edu

a.       Set up rotation schedule  for monitoring the email address (Margaret is taking the first rotation - November)

*Action:  Future Meeting.  Jira training for monitoring the email account.

Talked briefly about features: the team wants to keep the Features schedule, so   the Kindle feature will come down, the Mobile Catalog feature will go up today.  When the Kindles are ready to circulate

Action:  Margaret will communicate with Kindle group
*Action: Next meeting: Team200 needs to discuss how to link to the Kindle page when it is no longer linked from the features or did you know .  Also, Jessee Lawhead, AMD and Loretta Rielly need access to update that page until a Kindle coordinator is assigned.  Margaret will communicate Team200 decision back to Kindle team.
